Orders & Shipping

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the EU and 5–10 business days internationally. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available for an additional fee. All orders are shipped with full tracking and signature confirmation.

Yes, we ship to over 45 countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders can be amended or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, your order will have entered our fulfilment process and cannot be modified. Please contact us at hello@maisonluxe.com as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day returns policy on all items. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Final sale items are non-returnable.

To begin a return, please email us at returns@maisonluxe.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid returns label within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items. Please contact our client services team to arrange an exchange. If the desired item is of greater value, the difference will be charged. If lesser, a refund will be issued.

Product & Care

We recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner every 3–6 months to maintain suppleness. Keep leather away from direct sunlight and moisture. Store in the provided dust bag when not in use. Avoid contact with perfume or cosmetics.

Every piece in our collection is crafted by skilled artisans in our partner ateliers in France, Italy, and Japan. We do not use mass production. Each item may have very slight variations which are a mark of genuine craftsmanship.

Yes, we offer monogramming and engraving on select products. Please note this on your order or contact us before placing it. Personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty. Lead time for personalized pieces is 7–10 additional days.

Payments & Security

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For high-value orders over €2,000, we also accept bank transfer — please contact us to arrange.

Absolutely. All transactions on our website are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Our payment processing is handled by Stripe, a leading certified payments provider.
